• To eligible for a full refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed condition.

• Strict Sealed Policy: Any booster boxes, booster packs, or sealed trading card items that have been torn, opened, unsealed, or tampered with are strictly final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Final Sale Items

• All sales on opened card products, individual single cards, and clearance items are final.

• Promotional items or items bought at specialized trade events cannot be returned via the online portal.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

• We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund if the returned package is lost in transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• Please include clear photographs of the shipping container and the damaged item so we can process a claim or replacement. Do not open the factory seal of a damaged box if you intend to report transit damage.

5. Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected at our Conroe, TX location, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved returns will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
